1. Service Overview

SureChat provides licensed medical professionals ("Medical Responders") to address patient concerns via a white-label chat widget ("Service"). The Service is intended for:

• Triage only – Not a substitute for emergency care or in-person evaluation
• Aesthetic aftercare – Specialized in fillers, lasers, and related procedures
• Clinic use – To be integrated into the purchasing clinic's ("Client") website

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Accurate Representation

Client must not present SureChat as their own medical staff or guarantee specific outcomes.

2.2 Emergency Protocols

Client agrees to display “For life-threatening emergencies, call [local emergency number] immediately.”

2.3 Data Compliance

Client warrants they have patient consent for digital communication in accordance with applicable laws (HIPAA/GDPR).

3. Medical Disclaimer

3.1 Not Emergency Care

• Provides general guidance based on described symptoms
• Cannot diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee accuracy
• May recommend in-person evaluation at Client’s discretion

3.2 Limitation of Liability

SureChat is not liable for patient outcomes following advice, delays in response due to technical issues, or misuse of the widget by Client or patients.

4. Technical Requirements

4.1 Widget Integration

Client must maintain a functional website for SureChat integration. Custom branding is Client’s responsibility.

4.2 Service Availability

24/7 coverage except during scheduled maintenance with 48 hours’ notice.

5. Payment & Termination

5.1 Subscription Fees

Monthly or annually in advance. No refunds for partial use.

5.2 Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Client must remove the widget upon termination.

6. General Provisions

Governing Law: England and Wales. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Amendments require 30 days’ written notice to SURE FACE LTD.

Entire Agreement supersedes all prior discussions and agreements.

By integrating the SureChat widget, Client agrees to these Terms.
